SSL Lets Encrypt

We are currently facing an issue in which domains that use an SSL certificate from Let's Encrypt are showing the server's hostname as the common name, instead of the actual domain name that is on the certificate. This is causing browser errors and email client errors.

This is related to the recent expiration of the DST Root CA X3 Cert from Let's Encrypt earlier this morning.

cPanel & DirectAdmin are currently pushing through changes to immediately rectify this issue. In the interim, we're requesting an updated SSL certificate for your service.

Alternatively, you may access your email account via https://web40.hosting-cloud.net/webmail or updating your IMAP/POP/SMTP server hostname to web40.hosting-cloud.net as a temporary measure.

Due to an influx of support requests, please avoid raising a support ticket in regards to this issue while we work on a fix.

Updates will be posted at https://clientportal.pulsemedia.nz/serverstatus.php

We apologise for any inconvenience while we work on a resolution.
