Once you have access to your calendar in Loomly that Pulse Media has invited you to, you will see a navigation bar at the top.
This allows you to navigate to views that suit your work style.

Calendar View
The Calendar View allows you to:
- Quick Navigate from one month to another
- Filter posts by date, format, channel, media, status & assignee.
- Create a post and create quick placeholders. You can also edit a post, duplicate or delete it.
- Drag and drop posts to update the scheduled date.
- Group and Ungroup posts that have fine-tuned dates.
List View
Here is a list of actions you can take from the List View:
- Quick Navigate from one month to another
- Filter posts by date, format, channel, media, status & assignees
- Assign user(s) to a post
- Change the status of a post
- Leave a comment for collaborators on a post
- Delete a post
- Duplicate a post
- Apply bulk actions to multiple posts; bulk actions include the following:
- Update Assignment
- Update Status
- Delete posts

- Quick Navigate from one post to the next
- Social Channels - See all social channels
- Download media
- Change the status of a post
