The email server settings for emails are:
To update these in Outlook:
1. Click on File
a) Select your email account
b) Select Account Settings
c) Select Server Settings
2. Follow the steps to change your incoming and outgoing mail servers. Make sure you select the correct protocol IMAP or POP. Pulse Media highly recommends using IMAP so you can sync your emails accoss all devices.
INCOMING:
a) Enter your email address
b) Enter your email password
c) Enter your mail server address, port and encryption
OUTGOING:
a) Enter your server address, port and encryption
b) Tick "My outgoing SMTP requires authentication"
c) Select "Use same settings as incoming mail server"
3. Then press Next, if all is working, you should get a test email in outlook.
