1. Log into your Pulse Media Client Portal.
2. Enter your login information when creating your account
3. Click on the 'Services' tab and select 'My Services'
4. From the list of your available/active services select the service you wish to cancel.
4. On the left-hand side click 'Request Cancellation'
5. Fill in the form and click the 'Request Cancellation' button
-Advise the reason for cancellation
-Select whether you want the service to be canceled immediately or at the end of your billing period.
Once completed, click the red 'Request Cancellation' button.
